LL Resources Founder Linda Launer

Founder Linda Launer, with more than 30 years of food safety management and consulting experience, started LL Resources in 1999 to provide convenient and cost-effective solutions for training and certification. A unique business model that offers both online self-paced and customized in-person training solutions has fulfilled her dream of helping food service professionals and companies get the tools they need to advance their businesses and career – no matter where they live or work.

Linda is a Registered Environmental Health Specialist and has worked in previous years with the County of Fresno and the County of Tulare Environmental Health Departments as a Health Inspector. She specializes in housing, recreational facilities, water systems, hazardous materials and waste, and food facility code compliance.  In addition, she has worked with an environmental assessment company evaluating hazardous materials and overseeing the clean-up.

Linda teaches food management at LL Resources in English and Spanish and administers certification exams for food managers and staff. As a food safety consultant, Linda helps facilities identify food safety operational issues and trains staff to best manage concerns.
