Online Food Safety Training and Certification Courses

 ProctorSFood safety training is critical to operating a successful food service. Accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI), our courses are recognized throughout the United States and its territories. So no matter where you live or work, you have access to the education and certification programs you need to provide safe food for your customers and community.

Our ANSI/ASTM accredited online courses are accepted by the laws of California, Illinois, Florida & Texas, and all 50 states.

• Manager training is self-paced, approximately 7 hours, and you have 30 days to complete. Participants receive scores upon completion of the proctored exam, and an emailed copy of their certificate after passing the exam.
• Food worker training is self-paced, about 2 hours, and receive their certificate of completion which can be printed upon passing of the course. (Please note: Our ANSI accredited courses are approved throughout the entire state of California, except in the counties of Riverside, San Bernardino, and San Diego. Food handlers who work in Riverside, San Bernardino, or San Diego counties need to obtain a county-specific food handler card.)
